How do I book your services?

Simply reach out to us via Email or WhatsApp with your event details like dates, venue, guest count, and the services you need. We will review your message and get back to you within 24 hours with the next steps!

Do you work for both sides?

Yes. We work for both sides, and we insist on doing so as both the couple and their families are involved in making this big day come together, so having a dedicated team works perfectly in making the results balanced.

What are your payment terms?

We require a 50% advance payment to lock in your date.
The remaining 50% must be paid during or immediately after the event.
Please note that the advance amount is non-refundable, under any circumstances.

What is your policy if we need to postpone or cancel the wedding?

We understand that plans can change. In case of postponement, we do our best to accommodate your new dates based on our availability. For cancellations, the advance booking amount is non-refundable, as we block the dates exclusively for you.

Can we customize your wedding packages?

Yes, absolutely! Every wedding is unique. We can easily customize our packages and services to perfectly fit your budget, theme, and specific requirements.

Do you travel for destination or outstation weddings?

Yes, we plan weddings worldwide. Please note that travel and accommodation charges for our team are to be covered by the client.

Will we have a dedicated point of contact?

Yes. Once your booking is confirmed, a dedicated wedding planner from our team will be assigned to you to handle all your queries and updates.

How many days before the wedding will we receive our delivery?

For customized items or wedding favors, we usually deliver 30 to 40 days before the main event. We will share a confirmed delivery timeline with you during the booking.
